FROM WALKTHROUGH TO WRITE-UP

Built around
the way you inspect.

A practical workflow, without a pile of disconnected notes.

Start your first inspection
  1. Set up the property

Start with the home’s rooms and areas, then adjust the features to match what’s actually there.

  2. Capture what you see

Move through the inspection, mark conditions, and add comments and photos while the details are fresh.

  3. Review before you share

Look over the findings and report preview. Refine the details, then print or save your report.

TAKE YOUR WORKSPACE WITH YOU

A browser app. A home-screen shortcut.

Use Inspector Station on a phone, tablet, or computer. Sign in to find installation instructions and prepare supported inspection work for offline use.

Working offline? Prepare online first, protect your device’s stored data, and reconnect with Cloud Sync enabled to sync queued changes.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before your first inspection.

Is Inspector Station in beta?

Yes. You can explore the complete inspection-to-report workflow while we refine it with inspector feedback. Start with a practice inspection to make it your own. As with any inspection tool, review your report and retain a copy before sharing it.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. You can use it in your phone’s browser. After signing in, the home page has instructions for adding the web app to your Android or iPhone home screen. Browser and device capabilities can vary.

Can I keep inspecting without internet?

Yes—prepare the app and inspection online, then continue supported inspection work using the data saved on that device. Prepared reference articles are available offline; reference photographs need a connection.

Reconnect and use the app with Cloud Sync enabled to send queued changes. Keep browser/app storage intact until your work is safely synced or exported: clearing it can erase unsynced records. Offline availability depends on what your browser has retained.

How do I save a report?

Open the report preview, review your findings, then choose Download PDF or print. Save the finished file with your records and review it before sending it to a client. Try the sample report to see the format.
